Brief description:
Lead high quality SEND provision in a dynamic secondary setting, driving inclusive practice, strengthening support systems, and improving outcomes for learners with diverse needs.

About the school:
A mixed secondary setting for ages 11 to 16 offering strong inclusion, specialist support and a resourced provision for pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties.

About the role:
A full time permanent leadership opportunity focused on strengthening SEND strategy, enhancing provision across the school and supporting the trust''s aim to appoint an inspirational SENDCo.

We''re looking for a dedicated candidate to:

• Lead SEND strategy and support inclusive teaching
• Strengthen intervention pathways and provision quality
• Work collaboratively across teams and agencies
  
  

Requirements -
The ideal candidate would have:

• Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and statutory responsibilities
• Experience supporting learners with a range of needs
• Ability to lead inclusion across a secondary environment
