The role will involve working closely with the class teacher and wider SEND team to provide consistent, individualised support.The successful candidate will ideally have:Previous experience working with children with SEND, particularly complex needsStrong behaviour management skillsThe ability to build positive and trusting relationships with pupilsA calm, patient and consistent approachExperience supporting children with challenging behaviour or complex needsTeam Teach / positive handling training would be highly desirableMoving and Handling training would be advantageousThe ability to work effectively as part of a wider ..... full job details .....
