SEND Teaching Assistant - PrimaryFull-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Aspire PeopleAspire People are recruiting SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils across a range of primary schools.We are looking for caring, patient and experienced Teaching Assistants who are confident supporting children with additional needs and can build positive relationships with pupils.The Role: Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEND Supporting children to access the curriculum Assisting with differentiated learning activities Supporting pupils with communication and learning difficulties Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation Helping pupils develop confidence and independence Supporting classroom routines and transitions Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and other support staff Monitoring and reporting pupil progressThe Ideal Candidate: Previous experience supporting children with SEND Experience within a primary school is highly desirable Patient, nurturing and adaptable approach Confident supporting pupils with different additional needs Strong communication and relationship-building skills Good understanding of safeguarding Reliable and professional A genuine passion for supporting children and inclusionWhy Work with Aspire People?
