You will support students to access learning, develop independence, and achieve their individual targets in a nurturing and highly supportive environment.As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping pupils build confidence, develop essential life skills, and reach their full potential.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with complex additional needs.Support students with learning, communication and social development.Assist in the delivery of personalised learning activities and therapeutic interventions.Encourage independence, confidence and participation throughout the school day.Support pupils with sensory, emotional and behavioural needs.Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and other support staff.Support pupils with personal care where required.Promote a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment.Essential RequirementsExperience working with children or young people ..... full job details .....
