This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with pupils who have complex needs, helping them to develop academically, socially and emotionally.The RoleAs a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to pupils with a range of complex needs. You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO and wider support team to ensure every child receives the care, encouragement and educational support they need to thrive.Your responsibilities may include:Providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with complex SEND.Supporting pupils with their learning, communication and social development.Helping children to develop independence and confidence.Supporting pupils with emotional and behavioural regulation.Following individual education and support plans.Assisting with personal care where required.Creating a safe, positive and nurturing learning environment.Working collaboratively with teachers, parents and other professionals.Encouraging pupils to participate fully in school life and celebrate their achievements.About YouThe successful candidate will ..... full job details .....
