Qualified SEND Teacher – Doncaster

Location: Doncaster
Pay: £140 – £260 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Part-time and Full-time opportunities available

TeacherActive is currently recruiting Qualified Teachers (QTS) to work in a range of specialist SEND settings across Doncaster. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain varied experience while making a meaningful impact on pupils with needs such as ASD, MLD, SLD, and ADHD.

As a SEND Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, tailored lessons on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Adapt your teaching to meet the individual needs of each pupil
• Support the academic, emotional, and social development of students
• Create a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment
• Work collaboratively with support staff and other professionals

This role offers excellent flexibility, variety, and the chance to build valuable experience across different specialist settings.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience working within Special Educational Needs (SEND)
• A calm, patient, and caring approach
• Strong behaviour management skills
• A solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Experience supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
