About the Role
Our client is seeking a SEND Teacher to deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching to pupils with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, evidence-informed lessons tailored to individual pupil needs
- Support pupils with SEND, trauma backgrounds, and behavioural challenges
- Use assessment data to track progress and adapt teaching strategies
- Promote social, emotional, and academic development through therapeutic approaches
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and specialist staff
- Proven experience teaching pupils with complex needs and challenging behaviour
- QTS/QTLS qualification
- Strong understanding of curriculum, assessment, and behaviour management in specialist settings
- Ability to plan, deliver, and assess effective teaching and learning
- Commitment to safeguarding and professional standards
- Resilience, empathy, adaptability, and a passion for supporting vulnerable pupils
