The environment is nurturing, structured, and supported by a strong multidisciplinary team.Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across formal, semi-formal, and informal curriculum pathways.Plan personalised learning based on EHCP outcomes and ongoing assessment.Teach small groups and individual learners, promoting independence and functional skills.Work collaboratively with Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Behaviour Support Specialists, and wider staff.Embed therapeutic strategies and Positive Behaviour Support into daily teaching.Support personal development, communication, employability skills, and preparation for adulthood.Maintain accurate records, contribute to reviews, and communicate effectively with families and external agencies.
