You will plan and deliver engaging, tailored lessons that meet the diverse needs of secondary-aged pupils, many of whom have complex needs and trauma backgrounds. A holistic, therapeutic approach is central to this role, supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.

• Deliver creative, inclusive, and differentiated lessons
• Use assessment to track progress and adapt teaching strategies
• Support pupils using trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning
• Work closely with teaching assistants and specialist staff

• QTS or QTLS
• Experience teaching in a secondary setting
• Proven experience supporting pupils with SEND and challenging behaviour
• Strong understanding of behaviour management and adaptive teaching
• Resilient, empathetic, and passionate about supporting vulnerable learners
