SEND Teaching Assistants RequiredFull-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available - Alvechurch Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting pupils with SEND? We are currently working with a welcoming and inclusive middle school seeking multiple Teaching Assistants to join their team on both full-time and part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive school community that is committed to ensuring every student receives the support they need to thrive both academically and personally. The Role You will be supporting pupils across Years 5 to 8, working closely with teaching staff to help students access learning and achieve their full potential. The roles will involve supporting students with a range of additional needs, both within the classroom and through targeted interventions. Responsibilities may include: Providing one-to-one and small group support Supporting pupils with SEND, including autism, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties Encouraging student engagement, confidence and independence Assisting with behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies Adapting resources and learning activities to meet individual needs Working collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff and external professionals where required The Ideal Candidate Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND Experience in a school, alternative provision, youth work or support setting A patient, resilient and ..... full job details .....
