Interim Project Manager SEND Reform Contract: 3-month rolling contract Working pattern: Approximately 2 days per week on site Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience We Do Social Work Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Interim Project Manager SEND Reform to join a high-profile SEND improvement and reform programme. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project professional with a strong understanding of SEND improvement and reform to play a key role in delivering transformational projects that will improve outcomes for children and young people aged 0 25. The Role As Interim Project Manager, you will play a central role in the delivery of SEND Reform projects, with a particular focus on implementing the Experts at Hand (EAH) Locality Delivery Model across education settings. Working alongside a multi-agency SEND Reform Partnership, you will bring strong project management, coordination and stakeholder engagement skills to support the successful mobilisation and delivery of key reform priorities. You will be responsible for: Mobilising and delivering key SEND Reform projects. Driving implementation of the Experts at Hand (EAH) Locality Delivery Model across education settings. Developing and managing project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies and actions. Providing effective governance and regular programme reporting.
