Project Manager - SEND Reform

Our client, Somerset Council, is looking for an interim Project Manager for SEND Reform.

This project manager role will be central to the delivery of SEND Reform projects, with a focus on Somerset''s Experts at Hand (EAH) model across education settings for children and young people aged 0-25, supporting the wider SEND Improvement Programme and SEND Reform Plan.

The role is offered on a hybrid basis.
