SEND Learning SupportWe''re working with a welcoming primary school in Yate who are looking for a Flexible Learning Partner to provide dedicated 1:1 support.The school supports a high number of pupils with complex SEND needs and is looking for someone experienced, calm, and confident supporting children who may need extra help with emotional regulation, communication, engagement in learning, and day-to-day routines.This is a rewarding role where relationship-building, consistency, and patience are at the heart of everything you do.What you''ll be doing:Providing dedicated 1:1 support within a Year 6 classroomSupporting a pupil with complex SEND needs throughout the school dayHelping with emotional regulation, classroom engagement, and learning activitiesEncouraging confidence, independence, and positive routinesWorking closely with the class teacher and wider SEND team to provide consistent supportWe''re looking for someone who:Has previous SEND experience within a school or similar settingFeels confident supporting pupils with complex additional needsIs calm, patient, and adaptable in challenging situationsCan build positive and trusting relationships with pupils and staffIs reliable, proactive, and ready to start ASAP Due to the location of the school, driving is preferred.
