The school is committed to providing a supportive learning environment where every pupil is encouraged to develop confidence, independence and achieve their individual goals through tailored support.As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support pupils with a range of additional needs throughout the school day. You will deliver 1:1 and small group interventions, adapt learning activities to meet individual needs, support pupils with personal care where required and use positive behaviour support strategies to encourage engagement and emotional regulation.
