While a final decision has not yet been made to proceed with a booking, we are keen to review suitable profiles and gather relevant information at this stage.The successful candidate would work closely with the existing SENCO, who will be available to provide guidance and ongoing support. This role would suit a confident professional who can operate independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate SEND provision across the settingSupport pupils with a wide range of additional needsOversee and contribute to EHCP processes and reviewsEnsure compliance with the SEND Code of PracticeLiaise with staff, parents/carers and external professionalsMonitor, review and evaluate SEND interventionsProvide advice and guidance to staff on inclusive practiceEssential RequirementsProven experience working as a SENCOIn-depth knowledge of the SEND Code of PracticeStrong organisational and communication skillsAbility to work autonomously while collaborating with an established SENCOCommitment to inclusive education and safeguardingAdditional InformationThis is a full-time role, with flexibility considered depending on experienceSupport will be available ..... full job details .....
