SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) - Primary School - Paddington, London (W9) Pay- £40,000-£55,000 Are you an experienced and dedicated SENCO looking for your next rewarding opportunity? We are working on behalf of a highly regarded, Outstanding Ofsted-rated primary school in the Paddington (W9) area to recruit a passionate and skilled SENCO to join their exceptional team. The Role: Lead and manage the provision for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Develop, implement, and review SEN policies and strategies in line with current legislation Work closely with teaching staff to ensure effective differentiation and inclusive practice Liaise with parents, carers, and external agencies to support pupil progress and wellbeing Monitor and track student progress, ensuring appropriate interventions are in place Provide guidance, training, and support to staff on SEND best practice The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Proven experience working as a SENCO or in a senior SEND role within a primary setting National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to work towards it) Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills A genuine commitment to inclusion and improving ..... full job details .....
