This rewarding role involves providing tailored support to pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and additional learning needs, helping them to access the curriculum, develop social skills, and achieve their full potential.The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers, the SENCO, and external professionals to deliver high-quality support both within the classroom and through targeted interventions.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with ASD and additional SEN needs.Support pupils with communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, and learning activities.Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies.Adapt learning activities to meet the needs of individual pupils.Promote a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.Encourage pupil independence, confidence, and engagement.Build strong relationships with staff, parents, and external agencies.Monitor and record pupil progress and provide regular feedback to teaching staff.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:Previous experience working with children with Autism Spectrum ..... full job details .....
