SEN Teaching Assistant Outreach Provision Supporting Pupils Outside Mainstream Education We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join an Outreach SEN provision, supporting children who are not currently able to access mainstream education. This is a rewarding and varied role where no two days are the same, working with pupils in alternative settings and providing tailored interventions to help re-engage them with learning. Role Overview: Supporting children with a range of Special Educational Needs, including SEMH, ASD, and behavioural needs Delivering and supporting targeted interventions on a 1:1 or small-group basis Helping pupils develop confidence, emotional regulation, and engagement with education Working in a variety of outreach locations rather than one fixed classroom Building positive, consistent relationships with pupils who may have struggled in mainstream settings Key Requirements: Experience working with children or young people (essential) SEN or outreach experience highly desirable Must be able to drive Business-use car insurance required (or willingness to obtain it) Calm, patient, and resilient approach Confident working independently and adapting to changing environments Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am 3:50pm Why This Role?
