SEN Teaching Assistant - Primary School Support Location: Exeter Hours: Full-time, Term Time Only Daily Rate: £85-£95 A friendly and inclusive primary school in Exeter is looking for a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role offers the chance to make a real difference by providing 1:1 and small group support to children with a variety of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, and speech and language delays. Responsibilities Supporting pupils with EHCPs in the classroom and during transitions Assisting the class teacher by adapting lesson content to individual needs Supporting communication strategies and social skill development Monitoring and reporting on pupil progress and behaviour Creating a calm, positive, and nurturing learning environment Requirements Experience supporting children with SEN (formal or informal) Patient, calm, and positive approach Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused mindset DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) This is a wonderful opportunity for a committed and caring professional to make a real impact in a supportive school environment. ..... full job details .....
