This supply role offers excellent flexibility and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with local schools. Day-to-day assignments may also develop into longer-term placements when suitable opportunities arise.Key Responsibilities Deliver one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with SENAssist pupils in accessing lessons and the UK curriculumSupport children with emotional regulation and social developmentAdapt activities to meet individual learning needsPromote positive behaviour and foster an inclusive classroom environmentCollaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs and other support staffAdhere to safeguarding, health and safety, and allergy procedures The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will have: Experience supporting children with SENPrevious work within a UK school or educational settingSound understanding of the UK curriculumA patient, caring and adaptable approachStrong knowledge of safeguarding responsibilitiesAwareness of allergies and Benedict s LawAn Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update ServiceTwo suitable references covering the last six months Benefits of ..... full job details .....
