Teach South is recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant to join specialist Primary and Secondary schools across Worthing, with placements starting September 2026. This full-time or part-time temporary role pays £427 to £450 per week. You will support pupils with additional learning needs, helping them with communication, behaviour, and emotional regulation. Teach South Sussex is currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work across a number of Primary and Secondary specialist SEN schools in the Worthing area from September 2026.
We are looking for compassionate and reliable individuals who have experience supporting children and young people with additional learning needs. These roles are ideal for candidates who are patient, understanding, and able to build positive relationships with pupils who may require extra support with communication, learning, behaviour, or emotional regulation.

Successful candidates will have:

Previous experience working with pupils with SEN / additional needs (school, care, youth work, or similar settings)
