Your Role:
- Support pupils with various SEND needs, aiding both their academic progress and personal growth.
- Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and delivering customised learning activities.
- Encourage development of key skills, confidence, and independence.
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
- Experience with children with SEND (including SEMH, autism, or other additional needs) is a plus but not essential.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting young learners.
- Strong communication abilities and a collaborative mindset.
- Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and student wellbeing.

- Location: Hemel
- Start Date: September 2025
- Pay: Starting from andpound;13 per hour
- Contract: Full-Time or Part-Time options available
