Key Responsibilities:Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and preparing resourcesProvide one-to-one or small group support to pupils who may need additional helpAssist with classroom management and promote positive behaviourHelp assess pupil progress and feedback to the teacherSupport pupils with special educational needs, where requiredSupervise children during break and lunchtimes as part of the school rotaContribute to a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environmentWhat We''re Looking For:Previous experience working with children, ideally in a school settingA patient, caring and proactive approach to supporting learningStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to follow direction but also use initiativeA relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) is desirableCommitment to safeguarding and child protection (DBS required or willingness to obtain ..... full job details .....
