The Role:
Youandrsquo;ll be supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them engage with learning, build confidence, and develop vital life skills. Working closely with class teachers and the schoolandrsquo;s SENCO, youandrsquo;ll be a key part of creating an inclusive and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
One-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN
Assisting in the planning and delivery of learning activities
Promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being
Adapting materials and strategies to meet individual needs
Collaborating with staff and external professionals to track progress
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience working with children with SEN (in schools or similar settings)
A calm, patient, and resilient nature
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential
Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential
