Simply Education is recruiting experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to support fantastic primary schools and specialist settings across Cambridge this September. We''re looking for people who genuinely want to make a difference and understand that progress isn''t always measured in grades. Sometimes it''s measured in smiles, confidence and small victories.

• SEN Teaching Assistant

• Learning Support Assistant

• Behaviour Mentor

• Sports Coach working with children

• Residential Care Worker

• Youth Worker

• Support Worker within children''s services

• Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and other additional needs

• Working 1:1 and in small groups

• Helping pupils regulate emotions and engage with learning

• Building positive relationships through consistency and trust

• Working alongside teachers, SENCOs and wider support teams

• A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEND

• Excellent behaviour management and communication skills

• Resilience, patience and a calm approach under pressure

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one

• A genuine passion for helping every child reach their potential

• Competitive daily pay of -90 to -110 per day
