These exciting opportunities involve supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD). The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils within the classroom, on a 1:1 basis, and in small group settings Help students achieve their academic, social, and personal development goals Promote confidence, independence, and positive engagement with learning Assist with emotional regulation and behaviour support strategies Support pupils with personal care where required Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff to provide the best outcomes for students About You We are looking for candidates who: Have a genuine passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs Are patient, caring, and adaptable in their approach Have strong communication and relationship-building skills ..... full job details .....
