This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.You will work closely with teachers and therapists to provide tailored support that enables each pupil to reach their full potential in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needsAssist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategiesSupport pupils'' academic, social, and emotional developmentHelp create a positive and structured classroom environmentWork collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and parents/carersMonitor and record pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staffSupport pupils with personal care where requiredThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school or care setting preferred)A calm, empathetic, and resilient approachStrong communication and teamwork skillsA commitment to safeguarding and ..... full job details .....
