Long Term Futures are currently partnering with a vibrant and inclusive Primary School in the Borough of Merton that is seeking a patient, energetic, and nurturing Teaching Assistant to join their Key Stage 1 team. Responsibilities Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils in Year 1 or Year 2, focusing on Phonics, Literacy, and Numeracy.Assisting the Class Teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management to create a positive learning environment.Supporting pupils with varied learning needs, ensuring lessons are accessible and engaging.Supervising outdoor play and encouraging social interaction during break times.Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to the teacher to help track development.
