Remedy Education are currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in East London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children with additional needs and wants to be part of a school where the right support can make a huge difference to a pupil''s day, confidence and progress.

You could be supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis, in small groups or within the wider classroom, helping them overcome barriers to learning and feel confident in school.

What you''ll be doing:

• Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs

• Providing focused 1:1 and small-group support

• Helping pupils engage with lessons and activities

• Supporting communication, independence and social development

• Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing

• Working alongside teachers and SEN staff

• Creating a safe, positive and encouraging environment

We''re looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with children or young people with SEN

• Is caring, patient and understanding

• Can build strong relationships with pupils

• Is confident supporting behaviour and additional needs

• Has a positive attitude and plenty of enthusiasm

• Wants to make a genuine difference in the classroom
