You''ll be working closely with teachers and support staff to help pupils with additional needs access learning, manage challenges and develop their independence.

Your day could include:

• Supporting pupils during lessons and activities

• Providing 1:1 and small-group support

• Helping pupils overcome barriers to learning

• Encouraging communication and independence

• Supporting pupils with emotional and behavioural needs

• Reinforcing positive behaviour

• Assisting teachers with classroom activities

• Building positive relationships with pupils and staff

What we''re looking for:

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN

• A genuine passion for working with young people

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Patience, resilience and a calm approach

• Good behaviour management skills

• Someone reliable, proactive and willing to get stuck in
