SEN Teaching AssistantLocation: Village near ElyJob Type: Full-time (39 weeks, 32.5 hours per week)Starting Pay Rate: £100.00 - £110.00 per dayStart Date: ASAPPositions Available: 2We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a fantastic local special educational needs (SEN) school. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the teaching and learning of our students, working under the guidance of the class teacher.Day to Day of the Role:Provide specialist learning support to individuals, small groups, or children with additional needs.Encourage the inclusion and acceptance of all students.Assist with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).Liaise with specialist services, such as educational psychologists and speech therapists.Offer feedback to students on progress and achievement.Support the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating, and adjusting lessons as needed.Monitor and evaluate students'' responses to learning activities.Contribute to behaviour management within the school.Implement agreed learning activities and teaching programmes.Support students in accessing learning activities through specialist support.Supervise students on visits, trips, and out-of-school activities as required.Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role within an educational or care setting.Confidence to support children on a 1-2-1 or small group basis.Ability to provide ..... full job details .....
