You will assist the class teacher and SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) in creating and maintaining an inclusive classroom environment where all students can reach their full potential.Key Responsibilities:Provide 1:1 or small group support to children with SEN, ensuring that learning activities are adapted to suit their individual needs.Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for children with additional learning needs.Offer emotional, social, and behavioural support to students, helping them to develop coping strategies and engage with school life.Support the teacher in managing classroom behaviour, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere.Assist in monitoring the progress of ..... full job details .....
