The school is seeking a compassionate, committed, and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team from January 2025.The RoleAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:Support pupils aged 2-19 with SLD, PMLD, complex needs, and communication difficultiesWork closely with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised learning, sensory activities, and therapeutic supportAssist with mobility, personal care, feeding, and communication strategies (full training provided)Create a nurturing, safe, and consistent environment that promotes independence and wellbeingSupport EHCP targets through structured 1:1 and small-group activitiesExperience in SEN settings is beneficial but not essential.
