Magisters is currently recruiting dedicated Teaching Assistants to work across primary and secondary schools in Cheshunt and the surrounding areas. The Role Location: Cheshunt, Hertfordshire Position: Teaching Assistant (TA / LSA / SEN TA) Type: Full-time or part-time flexible opportunities available Start Date: Immediate and September starts available Pay: Competitive hourly/daily rates, dependent on experience Key Responsibilities Supporting teachers in the classroom to deliver engaging lessons Working one-to-one or in small groups with pupils who need additional support Assisting pupils with SEND, SEMH, or behavioural needs (experience welcomed) Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment Supporting with classroom preparation and learning resources Supervising pupils during break times and school activities About You Previous experience working with children or young people (school experience preferred) Passionate about supporting pupils learning and development Patient, reliable, and proactive approach Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection (training provided if needed) Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Why Work With Us?
