We are working with a well-regarded SEN unit in Clacton that is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive and inclusive team. This Clacton provision is committed to providing high-quality, tailored support for students with additional needs, ensuring every learner can thrive both academically and personally.

Job Overview:
* This SEN unit caters for pupils aged 11-16.
* Full-time, Monday - Friday, SEN Teaching Assistant role.
* Support students with a range of additional needs in Clacton.
* Work closely with teachers to adapt learning materials and activities.
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to help students access the curriculum.
* Support pupils in developing social, emotional, and communication skills.
