This role is offered on a long term basis with the potential to become permanent for the successful candidate.The school has a strong SEN team and supportive leadership, making it a great environment for a resilient teaching assistant who enjoys building positive relationships with pupils who need consistent support.The RoleProvide 1:1 support across Year 4 and Year 6Support a Year 4 pupil and Year 6 with SEMH and PDA, including classroom reintegrationWork both inside and outside the classroomAssist in supporting children with Outdoor play and learning Support learning tasks, emotional regulation and behaviour strategiesBuild consistent, trusting relationships with pupilsWork closely with teachers and the SENCOThe Ideal CandidateLevel 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or relevant experience)Experience supporting SEMH or behavioural needsUnderstanding of PDA strategies or trauma-informed approachesCalm, resilient and confident in a 1:1 support roleStrong relationship-building and behaviour management skillsTeam Teach or Behaviour training (Highly Desirable) Why Join Long Term Futures?Long-term roles with permanent ..... full job details .....
