Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
Hours: 8:30am to 3:30pm

Long Term Futures is working with a welcoming primary school in Coventry (CV6) to appoint an SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a Reception-aged child from September.
The Role:
You''ll be supporting a child in their own classroom, following a personalised curriculum designed to meet their individual needs. The child is developing their communication and currently uses single words and simple phrases.
Building a positive and trusting relationship will be key to helping them engage and thrive in their learning.
Main Duties:
- Supporting the child 1:1 with daily learning and routines
- Encouraging communication using clear language, visuals, and modelling
- Helping with table-top tasks and play-based learning activities
- Creating a calm, predictable, and supportive environment
- Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
We''d Love to Hear from You If You:
- Have experience supporting children in EYFS or with additional needs
- Are patient, reliable, and able to form strong bonds with young children
- Understand how to support learning through both structure and play
- Are confident using simple strategies to encourage communication and routine
- Hold a relevant TA qualification or early years/SEN training
