Job Description
As a 1:1 SEMH Teaching Assistant, you'll support pupils facing SEMH challenges in a friendly and inclusive secondary setting. Working closely with classroom teachers and the SENDCo, you'll deliver one-to-one and small-group support, adapt learning materials, and help foster a calm, nurturing environment where learners can succeed emotionally and academically.
Required Experience / Qualifications

Experience supporting children with SEMH or SEND in an educational or care setting

A proactive, patient, and caring approach

Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships

A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential
