Pay: -89.00 - -100.00 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only

Are you passionate about making a difference in children''s education? We are seeking a caring and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Faringdon. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with special educational needs in an inclusive and nurturing environment.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support individual pupils and small groups
• Assist with learning activities, behaviour support, and social development
• Provide tailored support for children with additional needs across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
• Help create a positive and engaging learning environment both inside and outside the classroom

The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will be patient, adaptable, and proactive. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but full training and ongoing development will be provided.
