Supporting the lead teacher in delivering creative and engaging lessonsAssisting in the planning and preparation of educational materialsProviding one-on-one support to students who require additional helpSupervising students during class activities and outingsAssisting with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environmentRequired Qualifications
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and MathsPrevious experience working in a school or educational settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a teamEducation
Minimum of GCSEs in English and MathsExperience
Previous experience working in a school or educational settingKnowledge and Skills
Strong understanding of educational principles and practisesAbility to engage and motivate studentsOrganisational skills and attention to detailPatience and empathy when working with studentsPreferred Qualifications
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualificationFirst Aid certificationWorking Conditions
