About the Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide tailored 1:1 and smallsupport to pupils with a range of special educational needs (including Autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and social/emotional needs). Assist the class teacher in adapting activities, resources and learning environments to promote accessibility and engagement. Build trusting, positive relationships with pupils, helping them feel safe, confident and supported throughout the school day. Support behaviour management through calm, nurturing and consistent approaches. Contribute to progress monitoring, working closely with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals. Help create an inclusive classroom where every child is valued and able to thrive.
