As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you''ll play an important role in supporting pupils both in and out of the classroom. You''ll work closely with teachers to create a positive learning environment, helping children to build confidence and reach their full potential.

• Supporting teaching and learning across the classroom
• Delivering one-to-one and small group interventions
• Supporting pupils with SEND where required
• Encouraging positive behaviour and pupil engagement
• Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom resources
• Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
• Promoting safeguarding and pupil well-being at all times

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Previous experience working within a primary school
• A caring, positive, and proactive approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
