Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support an Early Years setting. Part of the role will be supporting a SEN student on a 1:1 basis who may require some personal care.
- Help to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
- Record student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
- Times of the role is 12:15-15:15pm
- Comfortable supporting with changing when the Teacher is unable too.
Requirements:
- Experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum and educational best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Ability to drive is preffered, if not you must have sufficient links to pubic transport.
