SEN Teaching Assistant - Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Location: Leicestershire Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (School Hours)Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity? We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate individuals to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in schools across Leicestershire.We have both full-time and part-time positions available, offering rewarding opportunities to make a real difference in the lives of young people. The RoleAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential. You may be supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis or within small groups, working closely with teaching staff to deliver high-quality support. Responsibilities Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs. Support children with a range of needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech and Language needs, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Implement individual learning and behaviour support strategies. Encourage positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing. Work collaboratively with teachers and other school staff to support pupil progress. Help create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
