As a Teaching Assistant, you''ll play an important role in supporting teachers and helping pupils to thrive in a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons across the primary age range.
Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning.
Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive engagement.
Prepare classroom resources and assist with daily classroom activities.
Support pupils'' academic, social and emotional development.
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

Previous experience working in a UK primary school or nursery (essential).
A positive, proactive and caring attitude.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Availability to work school hours (8:30am-3:30pm).
The right to work in the UK.
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one.
