One position is available to start ASAP, with the second role commencing after October half term. The school is looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals who have previous experience supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and can build positive relationships with students while supporting their academic, social and emotional development. The Ideal CandidateThe successful candidates will: Have previous experience working with children or young people with SEN Have experience working in a school, college, specialist provision or similar educational setting Be confident supporting students with a range of additional needs Be patient, resilient and able to build strong relationships with pupils Be able to work effectively as part of a wider school team Have a genuine passion for supporting children and young people to reach their potential Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Desirable BackgroundThe school would particularly welcome applications from candidates with a Psychology or Educational Psychology ..... full job details .....
