Are you an experienced SEN Teacher with QTS or QTLS seeking a meaningful role within a specialist school environment where relationships, consistency, and genuine care sit at the heart of everything?
A highly respected specialist SEN school is looking to appoint a dedicated and skilled SEN Teacher to join their growing team for either an immediate or September start. This is an opportunity for a teacher who is not only passionate about SEND education, but who wants to become a valued and long-term part of a supportive school community.
The school caters for students aged 11-16 with a range of additional and complex needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), communication needs, and associated neurological conditions.
This role would suit a compassionate and resilient practitioner who can build strong relationships, adapt learning effectively, and create a calm, structured environment where every pupil can thrive both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver highly differentiated and engaging lessons tailored to individual EHCP outcomes
* Support students with complex learning, communication, sensory, and behavioural needs
* Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists, and wider professionals
* Foster independence, confidence, and preparation for adulthood
* Contribute positively to the wider life and culture of the school community

The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold QTS or QTLS (essential)
