• Salary: andpound;33,075 to andpound;50,471
• Contract Type: Full Time/Part Time

What Will You Do£

• Engage andamp; Support: Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, MLD, SEMH, and more.
• Assess andamp; Adapt: Use a variety of assessment tools to monitor progress and adjust learning plans accordingly.
• Inclusive Environment: Foster a safe, inclusive, and structured classroom that supports every learnerandrsquo;s personal and academic development.
• Collaborate andamp; Share: Work alongside SENCOs, support staff, and external professionals to deliver cohesive and targeted support.
• Family Partnership: Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure consistency and celebrate progress.

Skills andamp; Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification. ECTs with a passion for SEN are welcome to apply!
• Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs is highly desirable.
• A deep understanding of inclusive teaching strategies and differentiated instruction.
• Strong classroom management skills and a calm, empathetic approach to behaviour.
• A current Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
