Salary: andpound;29,344 andndash; andpound;44,919 (depending on experience)
About the Role:
A specialist provision in Winslow is seeking an enthusiastic and committed SEN Teacher to join the team from January 2026. You will be teaching small groups of pupils with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and moderate learning difficulties. The school has a strong focus on personalised learning and creating an inclusive environment where every pupil can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with SEN
- Create a supportive and structured classroom environment
- Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and the SENCO
- Track and report on pupil progress in line with EHCP targets
- Foster independence, social skills, and confidence in learners
Requirements:
- QTS with experience in SEN or mainstream settings
- Understanding of strategies for supporting children with diverse learning needs
- Resilient, patient, and passionate about inclusion
- Team player with strong communication skills
