About the Role:
- Design and deliver engaging, personalised lessonsandnbsp;for students with a range of SEN, including ASD, SEMH, and MLD
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environmentandnbsp;that promotes emotional and academic growth
- Monitor and evaluate pupil progress, adjusting teaching strategies to meet individual needs
- Work collaboratively with parents, support staff, and external agenciesandnbsp;to ensure consistent and effective support
The ideal candidate will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Patient, adaptable, and compassionate approach to teaching
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills, working effectively with staff, students, and families
